Banquet Room Guidelines

To book the party room here at Mama Penns, a $100 deposit (via check, cash, or card information) is required to hold the room. A required minimum of 20 adult meals must be ordered. If less than 20 adults attend or order, you will be required to cover the full price for the minimum of 20 meals. On the reservation date please notify your server of kids meals for those 10 and under, however these will not count towards the minimum 20 meals required for the party room. Gratuity is included and will also be added to parties less than the minimum 20 adult meals required to book the room.
We welcome you to decorate the room if needed, however, we ask for no tape on the walls please. When booking the room, reservations are held for a 2.5 hour period to ensure enough time to clean for the next party. If more time is needed, an additional half hour may be booked for an additional $50, however, this must be agreed upon at time of booking.
Deposit will be held if party does not come in or to cover gratuity if less than the minimum booked attend.
The price of a meal for the private room is $13.95 + 9% tax + 20% gratuity totaling $18.00 per person lunch or dinner. This includes our meat & 3 sides menu, bread, drink (tea, coffee or soft drink), tax and gratuity. Extra side items, hot tea, milk, juice or hot chocolate will be an extra charge. Breakfast is served family buffet style and is $13.00 per person.
Any change to number of guests attending needs to be made at least one week before party date. Cancelation of less than 48 hours will forfeit deposit. Cancelations for parties booked between Thanksgiving and Christmas must be made by mid November or deposit is forfeited.
